Allison Mocilnikar

Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Mocilnikar is the Chief Marketing Officer of Post Acute Recovery. Ms. Mocilnikar joined Post Acute Recovery after serving as Director of Marketing & Communications for Howard Building Corporation, a privately owned general contracting firm that serves national and international corporations with facilities located in the Southern California region. Ms. Mocilnikar was responsible for developing a marketing platform that included marketing strategies for digital and integrated marketing, traditional print and PR, industry events, educational forums and planned charity engagements. She developed an award winning website and increased the company’s online market visibility by 250%. In the time that Ms. Mocilnikar directed marketing and publicity for the company, Howard Building Corporation’s revenues increased from $120M to over $250M annually. Prior to joining Howard Building Corporation, Ms. Mocilnikar spent the last decade at top architecture and design firms, including Taylor Design, Gensler and Perkins+Will, as a commercial interior designer and strategist with a focus on healthcare. Her clients have included Johns Hopkins Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, City of Hope National Medical Center, University of California, San Diego and Los Angeles, Scripps Health Hospitals, Providence Health and Services, and Hoag Health Network, with projects ranging from 3,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet. Ms. Mocilnikar has assisted her clients in long- and short-term operational planning and developing innovative facility solutions for ground breaking care models.

Michael Evans

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Evans is a Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Post Acute Recovery. Mr. Evans has over 20 years of related work experience in operations, finance and human capital. Most recently, Mr. Evans served as Chief Systems Officer of Elements Behavioral Health, where he operated in several roles, including: reorganizing and rebuilding the finance, operational and billing & collections infrastructure in Texas that successfully integrated 4 Residential Programs and 21 Outpatient locations and nearly [doubled] Elements’ monthly cash collections. Prior to joining Elements, Mr. Evans served as Vice President of Operations and the Chief Compliance and Information Security Officer for Episource Inc., a leading provider of risk adjustment services and solutions for healthcare payers. Under his operational leadership, the company built a new division focusing on BPO solutions for large payers, developed operational units in three countries and grew revenue by 400% over the first two years. Previously, Michael was the Vice President of Operations for Altegra Health Inc., where he led a team of 600 employees and was responsible for driving $42 million in revenue growth.

Eric Frieman

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Frieman is a Co-Founder, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Post Acute Recovery. Mr. Frieman started Post Acute Recovery after serving as Director of Finance for Elements Behavioral Health, Inc. (“Elements”), a private-equity owned provider of substance abuse treatment and behavioral health services with 18 residential facilities and 29 outpatient locations across the United States. Mr. Frieman was solely responsible for overall financial management, including maintaining liquidity, operating and valuation models. During this time, Mr. Frieman served as the divisional CFO for ancillary and start-up business initiatives, such as the company’s Laboratory Services. Prior to Elements, Mr. Frieman was an Investment Banker at Jefferies LLC in the Global Healthcare Group, where he worked on a number of M&A transactions, equity offerings, dividend recapitalizations and debt refinancing transactions. Mr. Frieman graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Economics and Psychology and was awarded to the SEC Academic Honor Roll.
